I am a seasoned operations expert with 20 years of experience working in professional services and sales organizations. I have a proven track record of building, activating and optimizing highly efficient organizational infrastructure. The tools and processes I’ve implemented drive both revenue and margin improvement.
I've built sales pipelines for complex organizations from the ground up, implemented CRM tools to track and forecast revenue, and stood up PSA software solutions to optimize resource utilization. I have built numerous pricing models, both in the professional services arena, as well as in the digital media space.
Not only do I possess the knowledge and technical skills to stand up tools and software solutions, but I am also highly effective at implementing organizational change. I spent over a decade in client-facing roles, where I honed my communication and interpersonal skills. I am an expert at simplifying complex concepts into digestible notions for a wide variety of audiences. I am a whiz at building and presenting training materials, and I have a proven track record of successfully communicating and implementing numerous company-wide policies.
